All content produced and published by Claro Guides — including guide text, design, structure, and branding — is the intellectual property of Andrew Dunne and is protected by UK copyright law.

06 Email communications

By signing up to the Claro Guides mailing list you consent to receive marketing emails including new guide announcements and occasional useful content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Post-purchase email sequences are sent as part of your purchase and are not marketing emails — they relate directly to the guide you purchased.

07 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Claro Guides and Andrew Dunne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on our guides or this website, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant guide.
